Quartzite is found in the nature as the rock form.

The colors are, some light brown, and some transparent.

I doubt the form will be a powder instead of more rough than a powder.

Nothing artificial in the shape, pebbles look that way. And IMHO quartzite pebbles would look exactly like what you have on pictures.

In a way all three at the same time.

Silicon dioxide is a chemical name of a particular compound.

Silica is a non-chemical name of the same compound.

Quartzite is a rock, which is mainly composed of the silicon dioxide (often with impurities that make it colored).
