Langmuir isotherm ... Phys or Chemsorbtion?

Through the data from a Langmuir Isotherm, how can I determine whether the adsorbtion of Acetic Acid to Activated Charcoal is Physical or Chemical?
Physical makes sense as there is no actual chemical reaction between the acid and the charcoal, would that explanation suffice?
Or can I derive adsorbtion energies somehow and determine it from the data?

Generally there is no sharp, well defined boundary between physical and chemical processes, so the question is slightly ambiguous. Could be you are expected to calculate adsorption energy and compare it to some threshold value.
