Where can I submit my academic papers for pay
« on: May 09, 2013, 04:49:55 PM »
Hello, I am a graduate student who is looking for a way to take the papers I have written over my academic career and submit them to get paid for them. Is anyone aware of a place were I might be able to do that? Has anyone had any success with this sort of thing in the past? I mostly have papers on Inorganic Chemistry but have papers on other topics as well such as Statistical Mechanics and Quantum Mechanics. Any help I can get in this area will be much appreciated.

Weird.  I guess you mean, instead of research papers that have undergone peer-review in journals, undergraduate term papers?  I suppose there's a market for that.  But I doubt its a lot of money.  Maybe, if you search for some, you can find the company, and they'll contract you for a ton of papers.  That is, you're going to have to write more and more papers for a small stipend.  My university English teacher said that Cliff notes-type digest reviews were written by people who needed booze money desperately.  Can't expect science papers are really going to provide more for the author.  I'd move this thread to the Chemical Education sub-forum, but I'd rather not condone or encourage this sort of thing.
Hey, I'm not judging.  I just like to shoot straight.  I'm a man of science.
