I've been looking for vacuum gauges to measure absolute pressures between 0 and 1 atm. So far my search has fallen flat; I have mostly found automotive devices with low accuracy.
What do you use to measure pressures between 0 and 1 atm?

depends on the accuracy and range you can use mechanical vacuum gauges, water, oil, or mercury manometers. They all work fine down to 1 mm Hg. Below that, vacuum can be measured with accuracy from +/- 10% to +/- 50% only
