L-(7-hydroxycoumarin-4-yl) ethylglycine
« on: May 24, 2013, 10:23:54 PM »
I find a novelty method to synthesis L-(7-hydroxycoumarin-4-yl) ethylglycine | (CAS:905442-42-4) It is easy to large-scale synthesis and purify. But i am not clear of its use in biochemistry.I only know it has ability to selectively modify proteins with fluorescent probes. I want to seek some who is familiar with its usage and coorperate to issue works.please contact.

It sounds as if people plan to incorporate it into peptides.  I don't have any direct experience in peptide synthesis, however.
