Formula to Calculate the molarity of a solution

Hello all,

 I am performing a synthesis of Hydrazine Sulfate by the  hypochlorite ketazine process. I have all the chemicals needed except the 98% Sulfuric Acid. I have 93%. How do I calculate the extra amount needed to compensate for the other 5%?

I assume I need to know the formula to calculate molarity.

It depends how exact concentration of sulfuric acid you need.
In procedure I know they used 20 ml of concentrated H2SO4 and 100 ml of water. 21:99 will be probably sufficient.

 I was trying to teach my self the formula last night before I hit the sack.

That is close to the answer I got as well.

What I did was calculate the % per liter and got 19.6ml out of the 20ml needed if I were to use the 98%. So I substituted 93% into the equation and got 21.08ml.

Was that the right way to go about it?
