Kinetics

Hi everyone, I have been preparing for IChO 45 olympiad for a while. There is a set of preparatory problems and some of them might be included in olympiad ( I mean not the same problems, but some aspects might be based on them). There is one incomprehensible problems named Kinetic puzzles. Usually when doing some kinetics stuff we have to derive a rate law using given reaction mechanism. In this problem we are asked to derive a reaction mechanism using rate law equation. I had preparation campus for this olympiad and during one lecture we were analysing this problem. Although there are solutions to preparatory problems neither the proffesor of physical chemistry nor everyone else could explain how to do this type of problem quickly. The problem is that you have to think of strange intermediates and then to check if it suits the rate law. If you dont succeed you have to keep guessing again and again and however during the olympiad you don't have so much time for one problem. I would appreciate if anyone explained this problem or gave some information. Furthermore here is a link of problems and solutions

Problem's number is 10

Kindly spare all our members from downloading an entire 63 page lesson plan, which might even be copyrighted.  Instead, retype just question 10, into our forum, with your attempt, and some ideas of where you've gotten stuck.  And someone will try to help.
Hey, I'm not judging.  I just like to shoot straight.  I'm a man of science.
