I'm always a little baffled by people who post requests for us to do literature searches for them, particularly for such a broad topic. Only you know exactly what you are looking for - asking other people to find literature for you is terribly inefficient.
There are plenty of search engines out there that you can use to obtain the information you are looking for. The best option is to contact your institution's librarian and ask for help. SciFinder would be a good place to start if you want to do it on your own. If you don't have access, and you don't have a librarian, GoogleScholar usually does a decent job and is free for everyone. Typing "polycarbonate additives" into GoogleScholar yields hundreds of hits to articles on the topic.
