Job search in usa

I am Ph.D. In natural product chemistry from india. From the last 2 years I am in USA with my husband. Now I am looking for some job for me, but failed to find any related to my field. Is it possible to get job for me or do I need to do Ph.D. here in USA to get job here. Please guide me.

Greetings,
I know someone that's looking to start a natural cosmetic line. She wants to start small (with soap, lotions, body scrubs and lip balms) and with simple formulations consisting of 5 ingredients or less. Is this something you would be interested in?
