Hello :)
I have a little question : I'd like to know how can I find the saturation degree of a compound as a percentage?

for example : DS= 46.7% (for palm oil)

I have not seen this terminology before, but from the word i understand it in the following way:

100% saturated means the maximum amount of moisture in the palm oil so that the solution is still homogenous.

46.7% is the percentage relative to the 100% mentioned above

It refers to the number of C=C double bonds in a structure
