I have a) correct, but I'm stuck on part b... I thought I've done it correctly but I kept getting a wrong answer, the correct answer is [NO2] = 0.56 mol/L and [N2O4] = 0.38 mol/L

In b you don't start with 0.37, you add 0.37 of N2O4 to whatever was already present.
