Help to solve H NMR spekctra

Can you give more detail, it is not enough information to solve this spectrum.

There is enough detail.
Start by examining the peaks at 1.2, 1.8 and 4.1 ppm, what do they suggest to you?
The other signals are also characteristic of a certain functionality.
You have the M+ as well.
Development Chemists do it on Scale, Research Chemists just do it!
