This would look like an infra-red spectrum, not an NMR.
Development Chemists do it on Scale, Research Chemists just do it!

I don't want to be picky, but it is not the only problem with the picture.

yes ypu are right its IR speta. Before publishing this spectra a I looked at NMR spectra of the molecule.
but what is the other problem of the picture?

Perhaps you should re-think the peak assignment.

I think your spectrum is right. Amide is usually have a strong signal than amine. And normally the -OH is more broader than -NH. I saw these sentences in my teacher's lecture:
"The amide functional group combines the features of amines and ketones because
it has both the N-H bond and the C=O bond. Therefore amides show a very strong, somewhat broad band at the left end of the spectrum".
And the C=O in amide normally at 1640-1680 cm-1.
