How do i do number one if I'm not given the enthalpy of water. I've multiplied the equations out so they cancel into the target equation but I'm not sure what to do after. Thanks in advance.

Show exactly what you did. You don't deal with single compounds. You are given enthalpy changes for several reactions, and you are asked to find enthalpy change for the reaction.
