question about resonance

hello I have a question from my review of organic chemistry.
But I do not understand what it's encoding method.

the observed amount of heat evolved when Cyclooctatétraène is hydrogenated in 110 kcal/mol. what does this tell you about the possible resonance energy of this compound?

can you tell me the answer or give me a link to understand how to answer this question.

le cyclooctatétraène n'est pas aromatique, mais il n'est pas non plus anti-aromatique. Sa réactivité est caractéristique d'un polyène ordinaire, c'est-à-dire qu'il suit des réactions d'addition. En revanche, le benzène, aromatique, suit caractéristiquement des réactions de substitution, pas d'addition. voila la réponse de wikipedia. merci

cyclooctatetraene is not aromatic, but is not non-aromatic. Its reactivity is a characteristic of ordinary polyene, that is to say it follows addition reactions. hmmm....

Cyclooctatetraene has 8 pi electrons; does that satisfy the (4n+2) rule for aromaticity?  If not, it is antiaromatic and therefore not subject to the increased stability that aromatic compounds experience.
