Calculate the pH of solution of HCL 0.001 M and NaCl 0.1 M.
Since adding NaCl to solution does not affect H+ concentration, but ionic strength is increased, pH would slightly increase?
I calculated and found 3.08. Is that correct?

Hard to tell.
Doesn't look bad to me, trick is, there are several versions of the Debye-Huckel equation, and not knowing which one you are expected to use it is hard to say what kind of results will be the correct one.
