What material is "Polyn-P" ?

What material is "Polyn-P" ?
I think it's a polymer, but i'm not sure.
Please help me unscramble this acronym.

Or is it in a semiconductor context? Something like polycrystalline N-P junction?

It is a registered trademark, that should make searching easier. Not that I was able to find anything.

Exactly it's a registered trademark, but i can't find anything about it.
Somewhere is written by this way "PolyN-P" , somewhere else without dash.
I don't think that "N" is a Greek letter, but who knows? Everywhere has a ®.
Who can help me ??
