Another spectrum problem

So I'm having problems with an additional set of spectrums.

On the NMR Spectrum the area that I have labelled 3, there seems to be a tiny blip but I think it corresponds to the secondary amine that the IR spectrum proves has to be there. The integration for the blip gives it 1 hydrogen and it fits the area for an amine. Am I off base on assuming this, because it is very tiny relatively?

So I went with my assumption and got N-Isopropylpropan-2-amine as the compound, does this correspond well?
