How to name multiplefunctionals mixture , priority

Hi, I'm from Sweden and I'm studding chemistry.
I have a question about multiplefunctionals mixture and how to name them. in the naming, why is ex. carboxylic acid prioritised before ketone..
Is there any rule how to se this?? ???
