Q. what are the non-covalent intramolecular forces which are important in maintaining the structure of macromolecules in water.

Q. explain why proteins are unstable at extreme temperatures

If you don't know the answer, a good place to start would be to list the noncovalent (sometimes called intermolecular) forces.
