The file you offered for download is corrupted.  Try to get it into image format, then, you can attach it under Additional Options ...  and everyone can see it at once.

Look up Woodward's Nobel lecture from 1966 I think it was published in Science.
Development Chemists do it on Scale, Research Chemists just do it!
