Hi all

I'm struggling a bit to understanding this dehydration reaction.

In a problem I'm asked to predict the product(s) of the following reaction: 

Apparently the top left product is the major product, but I don't see why the product under it isn't the major product.

Is it formed at all?

If it is formed - isn't it the most highly substituted? (zaitsev's rule)

I think Zaitsev is more for alkaline substitution. I think more Hofmann is working here and I beleave the products one and third major.
