I've been fascinated by Gallium for a while and like to experiment with it in my free time. Recently, I was testing it out with various compounds and after placing it on a small lump of silver, it melted quickly melted due to the excellent conductivity. It stuck and has created a rather ugly, dingy gray on the silver. The piece of silver is relatively inexpensive and I don't particularly care for recovering it for financial reasons, I'm more interested in how it will come off. I do not have access to a large variety of chemicals and so with that in mind I was wondering how I might remove the Gallium from the Silver, hopefully recovering both without too much damage
