Hello everyone,
If anyone can help me. I need to determine a Oil and grease in wastewater, but I dont know how. Please write me a the most simple method for this (aperture, chemical, procedure).

Insufficient context for a meaningful reply.
Sorry, but we will need more from you so we can give a useful answer. In fact, I'd tell you to Goggle, but you have to define the question for yourself first. How much contamination is there in your water? Where did it come from? How good do your answers need to be? Who are you going to tell your results to -- government, company? And what lab facilities do you have access to? The answer changes depending on the answers to those questions.

You need to search for the standard method where you are. I would recommend
checking with the applicable regulatory agency.
In the US, the standard method used to involve several liquid/liquid separations
followed by filtration into a tared beaker. The solvent is then evaporated
and reweighed.
The solvent has varied over the years. It started out with a Freon, but has
changed.
