Removal of DMF from Waste Water

Hi, I have a problem in handling of effluent having 4-5% Dimethylformamide. When evaporated in MEE, condensate is having very high BOD COD. Howe to remove it?

I think you need an oxidation step, with peroxide or permanganate between.
