I created a product paying a chemist with a strong thermochromic background. This turned into a big consulting opportunity with a baby bottle company who is interested in working with us.

Now..my chemist wants to be paid RND money now but the baby bottle company wants us to do initial RND to prove we can do what they want. He also has a colorful history and has proven to be difficult to work with.

Am looking for a chemist to partner with us to move forward with this opportunity.

Yes the chemist would get x% equity, x% of profits.

The project is to create baby bottles for a very well known baby brand that has a 3 tiered color change to indicate too cold, body temp, and too hot.
