I am looking for a method for naphthalene quantitation. We have a dust disposal from another company and need to quantitate the amount of naphthalene. We have two gc's and two HPLC's. I need column info and method info so we don't buy the wrong equipment. Any info is nice. Thank you. Justin

As it has a conjugated pi system, naphthalene has characteristic UV absorption and fluorescence signatures. These could probably be used for sensitive quantitation.
