Hello,
I have a problem in that we have instances of low humidity during our drying phase. Nitrogen is used to dry our product inside a 2.5m3 paddle drier. The N2 is humidified to prevent the product from overdrying. So the RH is measured for the N2 going into the drier. The humidifier pot has had some changes; location is closer to the drier, humidity probe has been moved to incorporate this, the method of filling the pot (level is not measured). We are now getting a lower humidity profile than we used to before we made changes to the pot. I would like to know what factors could affect the RH so I can investigate whether the changes have had an adverse effect. Thanks very much
