To insulate or not to insulate that is the question.

Say you are storing a high vapor pressure liquid in a storage tank (~5000 Litres) would you insulate the tank or not?

Say, something like Acetaldehyde (BP 20 C) or Pentane (BP ~35 C).

The tank would be something like a pressure vessel designed for a low pressure.  Maybe 5 bar.

I see two opposing arguments. Insulating reduces heating the contents by external radiant heat and consequent venting or design pressure of tank. OTOH if ever there were any internal reaction, polymerization, runaway etc. insulation might exacerbate that?
