Dear all,

A quick question: is it safe to autoclave halogenated compounds?

Difficult to answer, the autoclave is filled with lots of stuff, but normally no other "chemicals" (I mean: "dangerous compounds").

The halogenated compounds: I am not sure exactly what, I'll have to look it up.

But in general: why would one want to autoclave this?
