Was hoping to see if you folks can recommend any literature / books on waste disposal.

I'm a lab tech looking to manage our schools undergrad lab waste efficiently - ideally finding ways to make safe(r), reduce volume, reduce, react, etc. our current solid and aqueous waste products. Not necessarily looking to make everything drain safe as that's never going to possible, but I am looking to reduce our expenditure on waste disposal.
