WARNING: I am a chemistry layman and am possibly full of dumb questions.

I can information about how these peptides function in the body, but can't find a good explanation of how they are put together.

How complicated is the process?

Very complicated.  And beyond the capability of a chemistry novice.  Also, we have rules on this board covering the discussions on designer drugs, so be sure to read them here: http://www.chemicalforums.com/index.php?topic=65859.0

And check Wikipedia here for general info: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Designer_drug#Peptides

Hey, I'm not judging.  I just like to shoot straight.  I'm a man of science.
