I'm interested in formulating and improving on an existing teeth whitening product.  The ingredients are cheap and simple.  I'd like to be able to manufacture this teeth whitening gel containing 26.5% Hydrogen peroxide. I have a list of ingredients from similar products. I'm looking to tweak the formula and manufacture.  Preferably someone with experience in taking a product from creating to production.  Local chemist in NYC is a plus. Please message my inbox.
