Need help set-up a lab

Hello you guy's i need your help to set-up a lab at right at my house.
Can you guy's give me some link's to buy glassware?

Do you guy's know any more link's that may help?

It's legal or illegal to have glassware? In Ca?

I think glassware should be no problem. But what chemicals you want to have and what do you want to do. That question is more interesting to the authorities.

Have you done a search of this forum?

There are several posts involving acquisition of lab materials.

Although I am not familiar with California law, It is my understanding that possession of over a certain amount of a certain kind of glassware in Texas without a license is breaking the state law. Since, I am not from Texas, I may not be up to date on the law there. The reason I mention this is that I believe @Hunter2 may as well not be familiar with California law.

Although I am no expert, a quick google search turns up that it is a misdemeanor to possess any chemical glassware with the intent to manufacture an illegal substance.

http://ag.ca.gov/bne/pdfs/laws03.pdf (see section 11104.5 on page 7).

So, it's may not be illegal to own glassware, but it is if it can be proven that you intend to do something naughty with it.
