K, this seems too easy, but I keep getting the wrong answer.
An electron is located at the origin of the coordinates, and a second electron is brought to a position 2 Å from the origin. Calculate the force between the two electrons.
So... F= kq1q2/r2
Then... F = 9 x 10to9th (1.602 x 10to-19 C)(1.602 x 10to-19 C)/ (2)(1x10to-10)squared
Right?
I get 5.766 x 10to-9 N
But the book says 7.1999 x10to-9 N
HELP, PLEASE.
