Diffusion coefficent of gaseous systems

First, sorry for my bad english! Please help me to set up the dimension matrix of the diffusion coefficent of gaseous systems. e.g: NH3 diffuses into the atmosphere (air). I don't know factorials which has affected to the coefficent of diffusion. I attach a link of file about a example of how to set up a dimension matrix.

Thank very much!
