I would like to know on how magnetic fields change the acid / alkaline [pH] balance of body fluids.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Sorry, but the source you have linked to is not reliable. Everyone selling magnetic rings/bracelets can write on his site whatever he wants.

pH of the blood is kept stable by the carbonate buffer, and is an important signal interpreted by a brainstem part responsible for breathing. Lower pH, faster breathing.

We mentioned in this other thread of yours here:  http://www.chemicalforums.com/index.php?topic=70238.msg253083#msg253083  There's a lot of pseudoscience out there on this sort of subject, and its hard for any of us to filter through all of it.  You've had some info directing you to scholarly articles, you should read as many of those as you can.  But the next gee-wiz website that you find isn't helping to bolster evidence in support.
