I have prepared a video and pdf about proline analysis. I guess that if you have chemicals and items for proline analysis, these video and pdf are lead you.

I take it that English is not your first language?
You shake a flask gently not kindly, although kindly has a nice ring to it.
You pour not poor!
But the idea is good, perhaps someone could check your English before you post it. If things get a bit more complicated it may become confusing.

Apart from the problems with English, I am not convinced the method of treating the dry sample is reproducible (which is an important part in analytical chemistry).

But in general it looks surprisingly good!

This is a good video.  I wish the camera was a little steadier at the start, but it improved as you went on, so keep improving that aspect.  You're correct, videos really do help, I would have had trouble understanding your description of the process if I just read it -- you use words I don't recognize.  Example, "magnetic stick" isn't the term I recognize for a stir bar.  The production values are very good for an amateur video -- you showed a step, then you speed up playback so as to not waste our time, and your cut scenes of text were very good for saving us time as well.  I'd like to see more of your videos.  An example of spectrophotometer output would have been nice for wrapping up the video.

Thank you for your comments. Yes you are right, English is not my first language and as a second language, it is not good enough, especially for technical language. I am very pleasure that you correct my wrong about language and technical things.

I am a agriculture engineer and master student in Department of Field Crops in Turkey. Cotton is my plant and dry material is cotton's leaves. This analysis also perform with fresh leaves and I think it is more healthier than dry leaves, but I don't have a chance to make it with fresh leaves. Because, it is little bit harder and I had also lot of different measurements in field. I got my leaf samples approx. 3-4 months ago, so I just now have time for conduct my analysis in laboratory. So dry material is proper method for me and also it s applicable method according to literatures.

I got my results about proline. Results are good. I saw differences between treatments.

If you write all wrongs about video and pdf. I will fix them and update again. And I hope there will be some people who are prepare videos about analyses..
