mixing glycole with essential oils

Hi,

I have big problem,  riddle. I need to mix glycol with essential oils. How to do this? I tried normal mixing but essential oils do not want to dissolve. From other hand I know that people do it.

I hope you help me.

Ethylene glycol or Propylene glycol or Diethylene glycol or ... ?
