Extracting chemical components in oil
« on: January 05, 2015, 09:01:36 AM »
As some will know a lot of non-oil containing vegetables, fruits, seeds and nuts contain rich oil soluble chemical components that are impossible to extract even with distillation. A method I theorize would be to blend a non-oil fruit or vegetable(the vital oil) with a veritable with high content(the carrier). So for instance blend some apples with olives. Let them infuse for an hour or so, this will allow the chemical components of the apple to dissolve into the oil of the olive. When ready distillate the mixture of blended oil and apple. The components of the apple and seeds will be in the carrier oil.
