Shouldn't you specify if it's Cobaltous Co(II) or Cobaltic Co(III)?

In my opinion, it's CoCO3.7H2O, but I'm not sure: I just worked it out considering CoSO4.7H2O.

My handbook gives only composition for basic carbonate 2CoCO3.3Co(OH)2 and for anhydrous sphaerocobaltite CoCO3. No information of hydrated forms.
