for hydrolydis of CH3COONa
CH3COO- + H2O = CH3COOH + OH-
Kb=[CH3COOH][OH-]/[CH#COO-]= [OH-]^2/[CH3COO-]
Above equation can be solved easily assuming [CH3COO-] = [c_of_sallt]
in this case degree of hydrolysis = [OH-]/[c_of_salt]
