I have a few questions about Icariin and 3,7-Bis(2-hydroxyethyl)icaritin.

As far as i understood is that icariin is similar to viagra, and blocks PDE5, but is weaker.
and Icaritin has a stronger effect and impact then icariin.
But after some research most information is about cancer treatment...and other improvements, but not about its effect as PDE5 blocker. Does it still work as blocker and is it stronger?
I am really clueless now...would be glad if some1 could help me out
