I need to do a 4PL in graphpad prism. I am new to this software and trying to learn how to do this. I am doing the following steps:
from the welcome message I choose Xy then enter 2 replicates values in side-by-side subcolumns then create
I enter my data: concentrations of standards and the corresponding readings in duplicate and the samples readings in duplicate as well
from the analysis options I choose: interpolate a standard curve and then choose Sigmoid, 4PL, x is log(concentration)

is this correct?
