How to name the group -CH2-N+(CH3)3

Would anybody mind hinting me how to name this group shown in the picture? I know that an ammonio with three methyl groups is called the trimethyl ammonio group but I can't figure out how this one is called.

You're getting close on your own, you know 3 groups is called tri-.  So what world 4 groups be called?

Tetra-. Thank you so much! So it doesn't matter that it is the fourth methyl group that is bound to the rest of the structure instead of the ammonio?

Of course it does matter. If the fourth group is also methyl, then its correct tetramethyl ammonium, but if it is something else you have to call it trimethyl-xxxxmethyl-ammonium. The xxxx is the rest of your molecule.
