What reactions do you know that result in nitriles? I'm guessing this problem can be solved by using one of them.

You have two problems in this case that you need to solve:
a) carboxilic acid doesnt have a nitrogen, how can you add nitrogen to carboxilic acid?
b) creating the tripple bond, how can you do that?
