In this case Wilkinson’s catalyst (RhP3Cl) is a reagent and not a catalyst.
Hints: As with typical mechanisms that involve RhP3Cl there is initial
dissociation to “RhP2Cl” (14 e⁻?) + P. The C-Cl bond is activated for ox-ad.
One on the products is RhP2(CO)Cl.
