Hello Everyone

I was wondering if someone can explain to me why I am getting negative values on Calibration blank and procedural blank. Both containing 1.6% aqua regia

My calibration standards are as follow

CAL O (1.6% aqua regia), CAL 1 (2.5ppm), CAL 2 (10ppm), CAL 3 (50ppm), CAL 4 (250ppm) and CAL 4 (1250ppm)

Thanks in advance

I don't think we can explain a negative blank, just from your cal standard concentrations.  You could post the results of your calibration runs, if you want us to check your slope and intercept, but you can also do that on your own.  It'd probably be best if you told us your technique, and perhaps why a negative blank isn't what you want to see.
Hey, I'm not judging.  I just like to shoot straight.  I'm a man of science.
