Hello everyone,
I am doing a research at uni and we want to test the change of concentration of asirinin in PBS in time. How would you suggest doing that?, we do not have HPLC in the lab and apparently the peaks in uv-v absorption of pbs are similar to tbose of aspirin.
Any suggestiins on possible alternatives are more thanwelcome
