what does 13-C-H-1 mean?

13C-(1H) mean?
I can understand:
Carbon-13 has a nuclear spin of I = ½
Carbon-13 has 6 protons and 7 neutrons and carbon-14 contains 6 protons and 8 neutrons.

it's the atomic mass

Going into detail, what (if anything)else does it mean - just atomic mass?
Like the hydrogen making up the mass to what would be 14C?

Nope, it just means atomic mass.  14C just means atomic mass of 14amu (6 protons, 8 neutrons).  We include the mass so that we know which isotope we are dealing with.

Is this in the context of some NMR experiment?

Yes it is, in a schematic form 13C-(1H) nmr of a complex.
Would that make a difference?

Is there any relevance in this regarding shielding/de-shielding and proton interaction?
